I don’t receive notifications on my Pandar app, does it mean that there are no notifications? If you have the Pandar app installed on your mobile device, you can receive our notifications, as long as the push notification is enabled.
Push notifications greatly improve the usability of your Pandar app. When enabled, you’ll receive a push notification in one of the following instances:
- To inform you of hot and madt trade alerts💣😎
- When you change your transaction pin
- Withdrawals, crypto transactions and bill payment transactions
- Receiving a 4-digit OTP required when signing in
- Informing you about updates you can’t miss🌚
How do I enable push notifications?
You can enable push notifications very easily from your phone settings.
Here’s how:
If you’re using an android devices,
- Open your phone’s ‘Settings’ app
- Select ‘Notifications’, and then ‘App Notifications’
- Scroll to find ‘Pandar’
- Toggle show notifications’, then ‘allow notification badges’, ‘allow lock screen notifications’, etc to the ON.
Using an Apple device?
- Go to Settings
- Select Notifications
- Scroll down, select ‘Pandar’
- At the top of the screen, toggle Allow notifications to the ON
- Choose your options for how you want to receive push notifications
- Select the alert style you want to receive when your device is unlocked.
